When you first start wearing your waist trainer we advise you to wear it as long as you would like. You are supposed to wear at least 8 hours a day but it is totally up to you how long you can wear it.

You latex waist trainer is not guaranteed to last a lifetime. With the proper care you should be able to have your waist trainer for at least 90 days.

 

  1. How do I care for my waist trainer?

To care for your waist trainer you would have to wash by hand and let the garment air dry. The garment is not to be placed in a washer and dryer.

  1. What is the return policy on your shape wear?

There is no refund or exchange on all shape wear. These items are considered undergarments. Due to important Federal Laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy of ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Please use the size chart or contact us for correct sizing.

 

  1. I have a problem with the latex cincher on my back?

We have had some customers have stated that the boning hurts in the back area. We advise each customer to put on a tank first and then your shape wear until you get use to wearing it. We have only got this complaint with the latex not the work out cinchers. After the customer wears the tank for a period of time they are able to wear the latex long without a problem.

 

  1. How long does it take to receive my waist trainer?

If you waist trainer is in stock please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your orders. If the items is not in stock please understand that each item is imported from Colombia and we normally receive shipments 3 times a weeks, so please allow 5 to 10 business days for all out of stock items.

 

  1. Which shapewear do you prefer to work out in?

The best waist trainers to work out in are the work out cincher (the color ones). They are more flexible when exercising and comfortable to wear.
